The situation
One of the best equipped and managed hunting farms in Namibia, about 1 hour drive or 15 minutes by helicopter / plane west of Windhoek International Airport in one of the best rain and farm areas (approx. 450 mm/year) in Namibia.
This farm is one of the last farms in the whole of Namibia that you can own 100% legally, even as a foreigner, due to a unique registration prior to the land reform in 1991. This is otherwise only possible with a special licence from the Minister of Lands.

Exclusive equipment
The farm is 7000 ha, game fenced and fully equipped for hunting and guests (6 double guest houses). A 1.5 km airstrip with hangar for 2 aeroplanes, 7 new hunting cars, tractor etc. are available and ready for use.
The lodge is fully equipped with internet access, television reception, reception and spacious accommodation for the owners. A large garden with swimming pool and bar and some outbuildings are in immaculate condition, as is everything else.
The farm is almost always 100% fully booked with European guests during the hunting season and can be taken over as a going concern. Existing bookings for the current season must be honoured.
A safari company registered in Namibia with several hunting concessions outside the farm spread over the whole country is included in the price. The current German owner wishes to retire after 30 years of farming.
